I might be in the wrong forum but i heard that you can lose like 30lbs by removing your bumper supports. I need to know where they are and will my bumbers move or wiggle if i do this

    thanks

    Re: Bumber supports

Remove the plastic bumper skin. What is underneath is a metal impact beam covered in energy absorbtion material. It helps to support the flexible plastic nose and tail pieces, and reduces the force of a front or rear collision.

if you take out the impact beam you are just asking for it, if you hit pretty much anythink it will total your car, this is what ricers with body kits do and they think its cool, i know most dont have their cars anymore because they totaled their car because they didnt have loaded functional bumpers
