  • Can I cry yet?

Okay, so remember when I replaced my entire axle with a built T/A take off with 3.73+LSD? Yes? No? It doesn't matter, anyways so fast forward a few months.

Turns out, I had ripped out half of my T/Q arm bushing when I did this install back in January. No biggie, me and my friend replaced it with a poly one. Works great; that mother is welded in there. However, now I have two other problems.

The T/Q arm bushing being replaced has told me another problem that I have a bad right shock in the rear. It clunks when that tire hits bumps and crap. That is going be expensive, but I wanted to lower the car anyways.

The other problem is that I bought a Energy suspension Transmission mount and the ****er won't fit. It is like an inch off. The crossmemeber and the new poly mount do NOT bolt together at all. Because the stock mount bolts to the tranny and the bolt that goes into the crossmember is offset an inch towards the back of the car and the Energy suspension mount doesn't have that inch offset. I think it's because I have a a4 v6. So do you guys know of a poly transmission mount that isn't a POS that will fit a 02 v6 a4 Camaro?

See if you can dig something up in a search. I know people have modified (drilled) their poly tranny mounts to get them to fit. It seems pretty common.

ya, you will have to modify the cross member to get the tranny mount to work, if you do a search I know alot of people gave measurements on how much and etc. of what to do
