Okay I have a '95 with the Aluminum wheels, when I look it up in the book it shows a base camaro as having a 16x7.5 wheel, I'm guessing thats the messurement for the factory steel with the hubcaps. Now supposedly my wheel is a 16x8, well just in plain wonder being I'm not a tire or wheel knowledged man. When I messured the wheel today to balance they came out as 16x8.5? Does this make the wheel 8.5"? or is it 8"? Just curious because I don't really have a clue!

So is the 8" messured on the inside diamater of that ring I'm guessing, and the outside is just messured at 8.5"? Just currious want to make sure I balanced my new tires correctly, first time...
Edit- I set is to 8.5" like the tool said.1995 Camaro 3.4 A4

CAI,IAT Relocate
