i have a shot at some Z28 springs off of a 94, are these a vast improvement over my 98's springs, i may also have a shot at the ones he replaced them with.

Upgrade your shocks too if you are considering this.

I would say no. the rears will be the same. the fronts will be almost no diffrence. only diffrence will be it will sit higher because it dosen't have the weight of a V8 on the front.

        Front:

        22133438 (45 N/mm, 257 lbs/in) (98-00 V6)

        22077197 (51 N/mm, 292 lbs/in) (93-00 V8)

Its definitly stiffer but not by that much.

this always makes me mad when people say this, i've quoted this before

          Curb Weight - Automatic (lb.) (V6) 3525 (V8) 3613
          Curb Weight - Manual (lb.)............3479........3591

wow, the whopping 100 lbs of a v8, a passenger weighs more

but anyways, will it be a noticeable improvement, and yes i do have bilstein HDs on the way

Reasonable point, but there's also the fact that the V8 is set a bit farther forward. Probably more like 200 lbs. on the front wheels. Likely to make a small change in attitude, nose up on the V6 with V8 springs. Wild guess - 1/2 inch.
