wheel bolt patterns

looking on the internet, all wheels that are a direct fit for our camaros have a bolt pattern of 5-475. question is will a wheel with a bolt pattern of 5-120 fit that?

I am pretty sure that they do, but it's snug. The 120 is metric and comes out to be 4.72 if I remember right.

so what are you gonna need then 5-125 or is there an in between that equals 4.75
