  • upgrade 97 brakes

    I want to upgrade my 97 brakes,probably will use 98+
    Do I really need to do the rears too?

    No. I did the 98+ fronts and have the stock 96 rears.

        Yes. A little over an inch larger rotors. Twin piston aluminum calipers, instead of single piston iron ones. And larger pad surface. I have the 98+ front setup as well. It's also 4 pounds lighter per side.

        I swapped in a rear that has the 93-97 rear discs.

                You could upgrade to 98+ and get drilled and slotted.
