looked under the rear of my car and my 94 has no shocks...springs...no shocks...is this normal of should i be afraid???

and what i meant was are the shocks mounted outside the spirng or is it on the axel some where...i'm not exactly the smallest to fit under the back of the car

Not sure if you guys are still confused or what...
but rear shocks the shock is not inside of the spring. They attach to the rear axle on the bottom and into the a spot just behind the back seat on the top.
the fronts the shock is inside of the spring and comes out as a complete unit.
here is the rear shock(the rear spring was already removed) but the stockers are this color, and they mount in the same spot.

The hardest part when my dad and i replaced mine was locating the top bolt. Once we took apart the inside panel of the car we found it and it was fairy simple. Sad....took us 30 minutes to find the stupid thing...when we found it it was easy, just didn't know where to look at first.
