  • 17 x 11 wheels

    does anyone have a picture of 17x11 wheels instaled
    im thinking about 17 x11 rear and 17 x 9.5 front
    what you guys think
    headers, high flow cat, slp loudmouth
    powerdyne supercharger 6psi
    GT2 cam. all done by myself :banana:

    11 seems a little wide i think the biggest i ever seen was 10 i am not for sure tho.. :(

      They sell 17X11 ZR1's..

      315's in the rear. search for Linxs

        they r huge lol.....i know a kid with a 99 Z that has 17x11 ZR1's on....massive but ya they should fit

            he also had he black ones...i just sold my black ZR-1's a couple weeks ago....it started my turbo project

              in my opinion unless you're pushing major power, 11s are too wide for V6 cars...

              the V8s need them to hook up, most of us unfortunately don't have that problem lol...

                I have 10.5's and they fit just fine, i have spacers tho.

                in my opinion unless you're pushing major power, 11s are too wide for V6 cars...

                the V8s need them to hook up, most of us unfortunately don't have that problem lol...
                They are just for looks, any rims that are 17+ inches are not for racing purposes. Our stock 16's give me better 60' than the 285 zri's i have.

                          i got rid of torque management and now i spin - not chirp - my 275/40/17 falken (open differential) everytime i punch the gas from a stop. i can inch off the line to get rolling and it'll still spin when i punch the gas... and this is on good dry pavement and not using nitrous. i was thinking it might be worth it to get 315's in the rear or maybe swap in LSD... maybe swapping for a rear end with LSD would be cheaper.
