Re: would a 245/50/16 fit?
If you have 16x8's, you can run those with no problem, I've seen even up to 255/50r16 on the stock 16x8s..\'97 Camaro M5 Y87 3.23 LSD, homebrew CAI, highfloCat, Flowmaster catback, Pacesetter headers, specstage3 clutch and aluminum flywheel, !egr, 2kW system.

Possible L67 bottom end w/ abbott heads and a turbo in the works... gotta do more homework

Re: would a 245/50/16 fit?
245/50-16 was a factory optional tire size for the Z28 and 16x8 wheels...so yah, it will fit.Last edited by Vracer111; 01-02-2007, 04:29 PM.My \'98 Camaro

My \'98 Tacoma

Mine came with the car, i'm almost excited to buy tires so that i can get a better size. Something with more grip too, these tires suck all around.

Re: would a 245/50/16 fit?
There's 2cm difference between 225s and 245s. My next set will hopefully be 255s if I can get good tires in that size. Not tryin' to jack the thread here but anyone here think 275/40r16s or 275/45R16s would be possible?\'97 Camaro M5 Y87 3.23 LSD, homebrew CAI, highfloCat, Flowmaster catback, Pacesetter headers, specstage3 clutch and aluminum flywheel, !egr, 2kW system.

Possible L67 bottom end w/ abbott heads and a turbo in the works... gotta do more homework
