I just wanted to know if the eibach sportline springs are ok for dragging. I would go with the prokit, but I like the stance of the sports. If not is there anything I could add to the suspension to make it multi-rolled for autocrossing/dragging.

Stiffer springs feel racy and drop the car, but they actually lower traction. It's basically a cosmetic mod.2000 Firebird convert, chameleon/tan, M5, Y87, TCS, BMR tower brace and panhard, KBDD sfcs, 245/50-16 GSCs

I've heard that LCA relocation brackets alone on a stock height car will help traction for drag racing.~Chris
1999 Hugger Orange Camaro
http://www.cardomain.com/ride/273836

†…faith…hope

LCA relocation on stock springs increases acceleration traction a little at the cost of some cornering traction.
GM's suspension design is not bad. The worst part is that they cheapskated the shocks and tires. That's the place to start. And maybe (matter of opinion) the car could use some more roll stiffness.2000 Firebird convert, chameleon/tan, M5, Y87, TCS, BMR tower brace and panhard, KBDD sfcs, 245/50-16 GSCs

Re: Eibach springs
Another fix for traction is just mount up some MT ET's :D
As for the original question... you need to pick one or the other: track or autocross. Doing both causes problems for each.
I personally did the Pro kit with BMR full track pack and relocation brackets, KYB 8 way adj shocks, bla bla bla.. the list is long... it's still just a V6 when I was running the 1/4 mile (not knocking it, just simple fact). I think if you really want to try something, the autocross and the V6 show better results for the money put in.
Bang for the buck, V8's with NO2 will work for 1/4 mile.. V6 with suspension works for autocross... but then again.. you asked for MY opinion ;)FirebirdV6.com/CamaroV6.com Administrator
