  • Sway bar end link broke!

I was underneath my car doin some work, when I noticed that the sway bar on the driver side of my car was in the air....but with no bolt supporting it. I also found of of the nuts and bushings nestled inside of my lower control arm.

I've been driving on like this for a while I guess (this explains why my car has been pulling)

How do I replace my end links? I need a new end link with all of the nuts and bushings, since mine are long gone. I believe I originally broke them because of rust.

You should be able to pick up a kit at your local auto parts store that has everything you need. Should be fairly cheap and install fast.

I suggest upgrade to poly ones and stronger bolts... I have broken them on both of my 4th gens...

they are like $20 for a pair of prothane ones I believe from autozone....

Another vote for aftermarket. Stockers are cheap bolts that rust through pretty easily.

Best way to install is with wheels on ramps. Use a torque wrench to make sure the sides are tightened evenly.

What size are the rear sway bar endlinks?

EDIT* Nevermind, FirebirdGT got the sizes for me :)
