      Re: New sway bar setup

Just finished my setup it has the following:

      Bilstein HD
      32/19 w/poly bushings
      BMR strut brace
      Hotchkis LCAs Pan Hard
LT1 torque arm w/poly bushing because of the LS1 DS
      Trans poly
      Stock springs

Its Really stiff around turns but enough rock for the launch

If your going to race it Strano recommends the 500/150 in/lbs with koni adjustables. I did some research and all the big names are 500-600 front and 140-160 rear. (I knew a family member of lg motorsports and know their company, but they use the same spring rates as well as some other big names. V8 after market springs seem to work well with the v6 cars because the weight difference really isnt that much)The springs are also linear which means they are the same tension at all levels. The springs you are looking at are progressive and will be good for day to day use but are not great for track racing. Lastly, lowering springs are not suggested for the bilstein HD unless you get them revalved. Strano does this as well.

      Hope this helps some

              Re: New sway bar setup

i have 32/19mm sway bars with bmr springs and KYB AGX shocks, couldn't be happier...well unless i got Konis, or coilovers. this by far is the most affordable solution to the handling.

also, put on my SLP 3 point SFCs today...OH...MY...GOD...
