On the Fronts, those of you that did your own install, when you positioned up the shock and the bottom mount didnt fit exacty, what did you do?

I pryed the bottom mount 1-2 cm and sliped in the bolts. The car is still in the air, do you think the internals of the shocks will be hurt at all?

Not exactly sure if I'm on the same page as you, but:
I threaded the top bolts first and left it hanging, the 2 bottom bolts didn't line up correctly with the lower control arm, so I took a pipe wrench (monkey wrench) and slowly turned the shock until they lined up properly.

I first attempted to turn the shock with my hand, but the pressure from the coil spring was a bit too much, so I called in the monkey wrench. :D Worked great!

I didnt use a wrench because I was afraid of damaging the tube. Everything worked out after you drove the car?

Yeah, no problems at all. It doesn't hurt them if they turn when they are in your hands, it was just difficult because the coil springs had them under load already. They should be fine.
