Are our E-brakes adjustable?

As the title states. I know they are on some cars, but i was underneath the other day installing my tubulars and i couldn't find a place to adjust it.

I would also liek to say, that i've heard many times on this board that our cars have a separate drum that is the ebrake, and it is not connected to the normal brakes, but after being under my car, there is no way this is possible as the e-brake line goes directly into the calipers on the back wheels.

by adjustable do you mean like tightening it? I'm pretty sure the thickness of your rotors determines how tight your e-brake is. after i put my drilled and slotted rotors on, my e-brake was MUCH harder to pull up
