Yes those are the ones I would recommend, you just need to decide if you want red or black :D And I see no reason for you to get adjustable so I'd say you made good choice on that.

are these any worse perfoming in straigh line applications vs poly bushings?
reason i ask is the car is my DD but it does see the track every now and then, and it probally wont ever see a road course.

They should react very similar to standard poly at the track since the deflection should be the about the same, so don't worry about that. 2 things to do though. 1 is to tighten the bolts for the lca's when the car is on the ground, and 2 is make sure you grease the bushings every so often. If you need any help when you go to install them just post up but I think you should be able to handle it.

thanks once again, your a great help. and as long as the install isnt any more of a PITA than installing my headers, im happy.

Infinitely easier than headers. In fact this should be a laughable in comparison.

those seem like a good compromise to rod ends, anyone on here use them?
as of right now, im going to order them this weekend. ill post up my results with them.
i searched and couldnt find much on them, but just by reading and looking at them, they seem like they'd be worth the extra $15 over UMI's, so ill give them a shot.

Go read up on them over on frrax if you want more info. There was a post on there that had info on how much torque was required to get them to articulate vs standard poly but I can't find it right now.

Here is the thread on frrax where I asked about these a few months ago. The relevant info is in the last post. Also there is another thread that I liked to in that one that has some more good info.

i use lithium grease in a gun for my poly bushings. it helps if the damned thing has zerk fittings (like on my poly bmr lca's).
thing is, with my spohn poly/rod double adjustable panhard came some instructions. regarding the poly bushings, the instructions say:
They should be greased every 3K miles when you do your routine oil change/chasis lubrication. DO NOT use petroleum-based grease on your poly bushings! Poly bushings must be lubricated with synthetic silicone based waterproof grease. These are the manufacturer's recommendations to prevent pre-mature bushing wear and will keep things "squeak-free."
lithium grease is certainly waterproof and sticks to metal, but it is also petroleum based... correct me if i'm wrong.
i'm interested in how much they weight, and how soft the side cup bushings are
id be more than happy to answer those as soon as i can. its been exactly a week, so im hoping they come today, but they'll probally come monday or tuesday.

Haven’t done anything on the Camaro, but put LEDs on my truck headlights . And my oil pressure sensor went out on the truck so going to fix that this...
