Anyone installed Prthane or other urithane bushings into an Fbody?
    How difficult is this job?
    Was it worth it?
Is the old bushing hard to remove?
    Thanks.

You won't gain much at all buy just replacing the stock bushigns with poly. The old bushings woud require a press to get out and the new ones would need a press to put them in. What are you trying to do with the car that you think you need poly bushings?

Tighten up the rear a bit. Strano likes poly for the panhard, and the stocker is fine for my driving iaw folk's opinions I respect. I do not intend to autocross, but my tail can wobble on hard off-camber turns on the throttle.
It is moot if it is a PITA. Per the sticky I will go poly for the swaybars at a minimum.
BTW, are front bilstien shox hard to install with jackstands? The rears look simple...
      Thanks agin.

        Re: panhard bar bushings

Poly on the sways is a good idea indeed. As for the panhard it will lower the deflection but don't expect a night and day difference. You would most likely have to take it somewhere to have the bushings put in. As for the front shocks, yes they are hard to put in. You will have to use a spring compressor to keep the springs from flying off and taking off an arm, a leg, or possibly a head. It is kinda dangerous if you don't know what you are doing. Other than getting the spring on and off it's not that bad but very time consuming. Talk to sam about that as well, he might know of a good install guide but I don't know of one right off.

Just get a 1LE Panhard Rod (GM p/n 10262147) which has very hard rubber bushings.

            Thanks, all. Great takes.
I will just get a PHR when funds permit, pucks aint worth it. Bang for the handling buck is the mantra, Ommmmm...
Shocks should come first anyway. Got some TRW poly endlinks for the bars at Advance.
            Thanks!
