Hi, I'm going to be changing out the driveshaft in my 1994 3.4 V6 camaro with a single piece one due to the fact that the center carier bearing went bad. While looking in the Haynes manual it says to make a mark on the flange and the shaft to insure that it is put back in correctly and have no balance issues. My question is being that I'm not using re-useing the original shaft (hence no need to make marks) is there any special way the new shaft goes in so there won't be any balance issues or do I just throw it in? BTW the shaft I bought says its balanced to 3300. Thanks in advance.

Re: Question about driveshaft installation
from my experience with them, you should just be able to throw them in. I wouldn't be the best person to ask though, since I've only helped do this on one other car :(Car expresses who you are. If you have a ****ty car, you must be a ****ty person;)

http://www.cardomain.com/ride/995979
