  • Strut Tower Bar for 3.4

    Online it says the Hotchkis Strut tower bar fits only the LT1's but ive seen it on V6's before.

    Does it or does it not fit the 3.4

    i got one on my 3.8, just call them and ask if they got one for a 3.4

      BMR makes one for the '93 - '02 v6 camaro for $100 bucks. I have one myself.

        Hotchkis has two bars... one for the V6 and LS1 and one for the LT1. I'll get part #s for you if you like. BRB

          Yeah, the LS1 & 3.4 is the Item# 2006. The Item# 2003 is the LT1 and goes straight across the top of the engine, the one you need is the one that bends back toward the firewall.

              No problem. Glad to help.

              I have the Hotchkis 2006 and it fits fine. The BMR looks beefier to me though. The Hotchkis has the mounting brackets and then you put the bar on with another bolt, and the BMR and some others have the mount welded directly to the bar, which seems like it would be more stable to me.
