it only does it if i give it a little extra gas and the tires are about to break loose/they do brake loose, it will go BANG BANG BANG.. it will also do it if the car almost stalls out and i give it some bas so it doesnt stall.
Sorry I didn't mean bushing, I was thinking of the bump stop. If your bump stop is shot or absent there is nothing to absorb the blow of the torque arm. That could be what your hearing since it's at takeoff or during wheel hop, times when the most amount of torque will be applied.

It's either that or your sway bar endlink is broken. I'd bet the bump stop though
