HELP! REAR disk brakes grinding

I just got my rear brakes swaped from drums to disk now my brakes are grinding like crazy, I did install the shims what else could cause the grinding noise?

so any ideas on what is causing the grinding noise it is crazy loud ( louder than the exhaust)

could the e-brake be maladjusted causing the brakes to drag heavily?

Is the rotor rubbing on the PAB? Maybe you didn't need the shim? Did you measure before you installed the shim?

check to make sure that the pad didn't come apart.
