I already tried a 2ft bar wrench w/ 6 str socket
that didn't work so I put a 4ft pipe on the wrench on the bar wrench for more leverage and nothing!
a 4ft pipe would not work ?? are these cross threaded? dumb but are you turning the right way ?
Righty tighty, lefty loosey!
I did stand and jump on the bar, got a nice bruise on my shin too!
Any ideas? These lugs are on there good!
My buddy is coming to help sometime, I know if you tap the wrench-head (right where lug is) while loosening the lug it will help sometimes, but that takes two people and I'm out of ideas!
You could always grind down the back of the stud on the hub and tap the whole stud and lug out together from the back side( in the worse case). You will need another wheel stud though.

i had a nut on a shock mount that was stuck on really tight, i tried everything. one thing i found that sometimes works is. take a torch and heat the bolt up NOT red hot but nice and warm and take an air duster and spray it upside down on the bolt so liquid CO2 sprays out, sometimes the rapid expantion to contraction will loosen it up enough to get it off. even if you do get those nuts off, i would recomend you replace the studs, chances are if they are on that tight they are probably over stressed and weak. my sister had a grand am, that had studs that were over stressed and all 5 snaped at the same time while driving down the free way.... bye bye wheel. luckilly nothing bad happened besides loosing a wheel and ruining a rotor. its better safe than sorry
