that happened to my sisters neon. i grinded every single one off. and i hate to tell you, but if they are stuck on there and you have tryed everything that you have already you might have already done damage to the stud. studs are like a buck fifty at autozone. not going to hurt you.

agreed dude, replace the studs.... if you have access to an airgun, they are real easy to put on as well.. i think only an airgun can do it efficiently though.... and if you dont have air tools...
Seconded. Sharp application of torque is more likely to break it loose. Just make sure it's blocked up or otherwise secured so it won't move. Worst case here is that the stud will just break off.
By the sounds of it your going to need them anyway, either their cross threaded or over torqued, which they will either snap when you take them off or if their cross threaded you'll need to replace also.
