and abt the paint........ill be painting it metallic metal finish.....so its just like metal........n caz im in canada i need to save it from rusting!!!!

Whats the STB made of ? You might be able to just polish it out. You did a good job... you should make more and sell em'. ;)

infact it was almost for free.........the only thing i had to buy were the welding sticks....my father in law got me the 1/2" inch cold molded rectangular metal ....and than i used some scrap metal from the garage table built for the brackets....
