Yeah, that they (tubular w/ poly bushings) are the worst LCA you can use (unless your car is pure drag strip).
How many times does this have to be discussed?
they cant be any worse than the stock ones can they?
and if worse comes to worse i can always change the bushing out right?
Sorry, but they are worse for your car than stock. They will stiffen the suspension, but at the price of inducing "suspension bind" which over stresses the attachment points.
yeah, i put them on they helped a lot with traction. turning i could tell my back end wanted to kinda fishtail on me, but that was some hard turning. Overall i really like them, they arent as bad firebird gt made them out to be.

You're missing the point. Look at the link, and read the links inside. I didn't say it made your handling worse, I said it is worse for the car. You are over stressing the LCA attachment points when the LCA tries to twist. A stock LCA with poly bushings to mechanically better.
i have talked to many people that have run the same thing for years and have had no problem
You are obviously not reading the info in the links. So be it. It's you car.
Tubular LCA are the WORST LCA you can use on your car. The engineering stupidity is so obvious, but people still make them and people still buy into the hype. I'm done.
I have just about poly bushings everywhere on my car, never had any problems with them, If you have already bought them, I would put them on. They make a big difference over stock.
08' L76 6.0L 4X4 Chevy EXT.Cab LTZ Vortec MAX with Snug top cover, Dynomax exhaust,Hptuners& K&N intake
96' Camaro M5 to A4 conversion, alot of mods . GT35R Turbo full suspension. Built engine
This is what I have on my car, But in black. They do add a bit of road noise, But not as much as a loud Exhaust. If you read the links from FirebirdGT and you MUST HAVE tubular LCA's these are the ones Global West suggest.
ok with your words of wisdom i have decided to take them off untill i can get different ones.
what would you personally reccomend me getting?
Get Moog bushings inserts and paint your stock LCAs in red = :)
much less $ and better performer.
people who using poly everywhere they doing that for "looks" or don't really understand what is the difference between robber and polyester and how that affects handling. best LCAs are 3 piece with poly ball in the middle.
Haven’t done anything on the Camaro, but put LEDs on my truck headlights . And my oil pressure sensor went out on the truck so going to fix that this...
