  • What about these tires?

So I cant waint any longer to put my rims on my car so all I have to do is buy some tires and get them installed. Im going to do a road course in March and might do some autox events in between there so I need some tires that stick but arent to expensive. After the research Ive done this is what I have come up with, the Sumitomo HTR Z II what do yall think? any better Ideas?

well im doing some drifting which requires reliable ones... i use wanli s-1088... they use it in Formula D... it takes 40 laps before the thread is completely worn out... and its cheap..

Horsepower is how fast you hit the Minivan... Torque is how far you take the Minivan with you... :wavey:

I know from my buddies WS6 that the HTR Z's stick pretty well. The car is lowered and has some suspension mods, but still hangs like it's on rails, even with the cheaper tires. I don't know about the mileage though.

Haven't tried those myself but have heard mostly good things. Above average performance and for this price I think there's no risk involved.

I run Toyo 275/30/19 and they're great, but also very expensive, about 400$ each.

Yea if I had the money I would go with the bfgoodrigh g-force kdw but Im in college now and need to put my money to other things than just tires. Once I get some hp to the rear tires I will worry about the expenive tires.
