I'm gearing up to do this rear end swap. I figured while I have it all apart I might as well change all the bushings as well, they do have 160K miles on em. I would like to get something better than the stock rubber ones. All I can find online are the poly bushings. After reading the stickies it sounds like they'll require regular greasing and make lots of noise. Where are these hard rubber ones that were mentioned? Anybody have good/bad experience with the poly bushings?

1LE or Moog lower control arm bushings are good for the street because they don't bind like Poly. LCA's need to have some movement. Panhard bar, sway bar, trans mount, they can be Poly no problem. -
