Um...Id go to a reputable shop, from what I hear installation is more important then the type of subframes you buy...if installed incorrectly they can mess up how you car handles...I.e...if you can weld a twist into your car if its not 100% level and aligned and stuff like that when its installed....Im lookin to get em done just after winter...they say its a 2 hour job...so I figure labour is prolly anywhere from 50-80$ an hour depending on where you go...so Id say 100-160$

Some shops I asked here in AZ said they had to be bolted on first, then they would do the weld. I don't know if it was just for safety reasons or what. So I just drilled holes for the front diver side piece and a put grade 8 bolt through, the back you don't have to worry about since they all ready have a bolt going through them on back. I and a friend just welded them up after that. Passenger side is cake and didn't have the room for a bolt for me sny ways so it welded up just fine , the drivers side we had a copper plate folded up around the fuel lines and went from there. After it was all welded I tightened the bolt down on the drivers side and put a tack weld on the nut so it stayed in place. Also welded the rear. Still holding after 2 years. The Lincoln Pro Mig 140 was one of the best investments I ever bought.

Wrong answer... and thank you for playing....

T-top and convertibles can definitely use sub frame connectors. When your out riding around with the tops in. Put your hand on the seam of the top and body. Run over some bumps... you'll pinch your finger/hand.

After I put boxed BMR frame connectors on... I could lift one whole side while jacking up at the corner of the sub frame connector. Stiffening the frame is something I would do again. It will help launch straight and consistent.
