I think their def. worth it, first 90 degree turn I made with them on I could really tell the difference in the stiffness in the body. I think mine are BMR. Their also right about jacking the car up, makes it alot easier.

Sounds like Kenny Brown or another cheap knock off version. The BMR stuff is stout. And always use square tube. Sq. has more lateral strength.

yeah, the boxed tubing is torsionally stronger but you lose a little more ground clearance. not really a problem unless your lowered quite a bit.

Which my car was... couldn't make it over a parking lot speed bump without getting hung up.

Lowered, on 17" vette wheels, with sq sub frame connetors. good on the highway at speed, sucked in parking lots with speed bumps.

careful also when doing your own to pull the carpet up a bit where you are doing it, might want to protect yourself from burnt interior. ;)

That is true , but if they weld it right they should tack weld it up first , then go around and fill it in. Not staying in one spot to long( thats where you start burning things up). Also when welding the back watch out for the LCA bushing, they will start to melt if you stay in the same area too long. It is better to weld a couple of areas at a time then switch over to the other side.
