what is needed for a caliper rebuild for a LT1 rear caliper? When I pull the e-brake, the lever for the caliper does not return when i wan to release it. would I need to rebuild the caliper?

I've rebuilt my fronts once, then I found it's easier and about the same price to buy a semi-loaded rebuilt caliper. It's pretty much the caliper with all the mounting hardware, just no brake pads.
