When I did my rearend swap I made sure to get rear disc also and while I had it apart I went ahead and added Earls Stainless Steel braided brake lines. I can not say which one added what, as I did them at the same time but I can say that these two mods done together made a huge difference. I still have same pads and rotors in front so that has no bearing. The pedal is so much firmer its pathetic and the car does stop quicker.
I've heard people say the rear disc doesn't help that much so if that is true for a 100 bucks I think everyone should install the braided brake lines  Just thought I would share my experience with these two items and the change they made when I did them together.
