I picked up a complete rear axle a few months ago, I have not got around to installing it. I do not have a LSD so is why I bought it. I thought I had traction control but I do not. So the axle I bought had traction control, but my car does not. Can I still install it on my car? I realize the brake lines are slightly different, so is one issue but will it hurt not to hook up the wiring on the axle?

Re: rear axle
That is what i was thinking, I can pull it out myself of the donor axle. I do not feel confident in installing so would have to pay someone to do that. Glad I figured out the difference before pulling the old one out and attempting to install the new one. Plus I figure I got extra rotors.. calipers.. axles etc now. I might keep my current gears they are 3.42 and the donor axle was 3.23.
