i want to lower the back about 3/4ths of an inch with the heater hose mod, but im woried bacause when i have 3 passingers my car bottems out on bumps and if i start to fast. willl the heater hose mod make it worse? i thought maby it was normal for this to happin, bacause if i put in an LT1 i would need new springs, and 3 extra people add about as much weight as an Lt1 right?

safe? The worst that could happen is your springs make noise in the back..
Don't lower the car if you don't want it bottoming out. It's probably due to worn shocks and springs, and making the car lower on those same shocks and springs isn't going to help any.
