When I bought my car, the dude who sold it to me gave me a set of Springtech lowering springs for it. I haven't even heard of the brand. Have any of you guys? I don't know if I can trust them on my car. Let me know what you guys think.
thanks,
A.J.
Well... I bought my Springtech 2" lowering springs and shocks off ebay and installed them about a year ago, the shocks have already crapped out and I am looking into replacements.
The springs themselves I think are fine. Dropped my car 2", which is alright for me and where I drive, but may not be for you. Just depends where you usually drive, cuz if its bumpy, its gonna feel rough.
Cannot stress this enough, make sure you get some quality shocks, like the highly suggested revalved Strano Bilsteins. When a car is lowered, the travel of the suspension (shock and spring) is greatly limited and your typical shock that is not redesigned for that application will crap out in no time. The Strano Bilsteins have been "revalved" so that they will operate effeciently and correctly in the lowered setup...
Haven’t done anything on the Camaro, but put LEDs on my truck headlights . And my oil pressure sensor went out on the truck so going to fix that this...
