I was looking at getting a BMR strut brace and panhard for my next mod.
anyone have any comments on them? Are they worth it?

I've been having a bit of trouble with my traction, but I think its more due to worn out wheels than anything else, so first I need to get some of them (wanna throw some bigger ones on the back) before I start playing with the suspension too much. Also think Limited slips seem like they might be a worthy addition, but am probably going to hold out on that one until I've got the engine and suspension set.

when are you having your traction problems? i have the both of those items. they work well. but i still have more suspension done. your might want to first look into lower control arms and some nice shocks and struts

The STB is a waste of money, and the PHR is only necessary if your car is lowered.

I've been having a bit of trouble with my traction,
Neither of these would really help you then

Bigger is not always better, but better is better.

LSD should be the FIRST thing you do before tinkering around with anything else

stb does help a bit with handeling...but doesnt have anything to do with traction...I did notice my car does handle better with it, and it got rid of some rattles...If you're concerned with traction first get new tires cause you said yours are worn...then LSD, then look at your shocks...take if from there...check and make sure your lca bushings are worn out

STB: BMR - no, Hotchkis - yes

PHR: BMR - no, factory with ES bushings - yes

I have a slp shock brace and a BMR ADJ. panhard, both were great investments. I notice a big difference from taking off the stb and having it on, this is with a front 35mm ST sway bar also and alot of other suspension mods.
