    I was thinking of taking out my e brake because its all jacked up and just keeping it out for good what ya think

        Just remember it's required in most states for inspection regardless if it's auto or stick.

          thats what Im asking but most people wont look for an e brake during the inspection its an auto btw

            Most people won't look but all inspectors will, in Maryland they would anyway.

                Keep it. God forbid, but should your brakes ever fail you would need that in order to stop. Keep it man.

                  taking out the ebrake would be like taking out your steering wheel. plus this is posted in the wrong section...
