squeeling brakes

my brakes squeel every stop I make, and its getting past annoying...I have almost brand new rotors and pads that I put in early january so its not old brakes. What causes them to squeel if they arent old?

Cheap pads or overheating the pads.

dont brakes squeal if you dont spray that disc brake silence stuff on them? i havent had it happen to me, but i remember being told that. maybe they didnt do that?

i change my own brakes, and ive never sprayed that stuff on them haha. one of my friends tried that brake quiet stuff on his car and they stopped for about a week and started again.

i know someone who had the same problem with a truck and it was because he put heavy duty brake pads on it that were to hard for the stock rotors. maybe you just put the wrong type of brake pads on or they are the wrong type of material

possibly. ill borrow that break quiet from that guy and give them a shot, and no its not all four wheels, just the front and rear drivers side.

also start simple and use some brakleen.

that brake quiet stuff isnt for the rotor itself, its for like the back of the pad, for when brakes are squeaking against the brackets and stuff like that.

brakes squeal because they are cheap, get some of that anti squeal stuff and put them on

when you see a good pair of brakes you see how different the padding is between the pad and the pistons

Make sure the pads you get have shims attached to the back
