Well as some of you may or may not know about a year ago or so my Brake Control Module took a poop on me. So for the last year or so i have had no ABS/Traction Control, which sucks cuz i live near chicago and i hate winter. Anyway so i was at the junkyard today with a couple buddies of mine and we ran across an '01 Firebird that had ABS and Traction Control (NW9). It still had the whole module so i took it out and bought it. It only ended up costing 135 dollars, a fraction of what a new one costs. I was so happy! :banana:
So we get home pop it in and it worked like a charm. We bled the brakes and after driving it a while it was back to its old self. Initially it was pretty squishy but as i drove it it wnet back to noraml. I know i still probobly need to take it to a dealership so i can have them throw the tech 2 tool on there and do the whole system and such so i am gonna take it in come monday.
I was just so thrilled that i had to post about it.
