    Re: Strut tower bar question

BMR also makes shock tower braces for our vehicles.
Yes, I know \"Artic\" should be spelled \"Arctic\". Can any of the mods change this?

      Re: Strut tower bar question

The one that hotpart carries is the typical STB they make for our cars. The only other one I know of is made by Hotchkis, but they are typically more expensive.

probably not, but who knows? I say try it and tell us what you think (of course, I say that because its not my money...). Be sure you you ask them for a photo of the actual product, looks like this was an autogenerated page with "generic photo."

Also, it doesn't appear powdercoated like most STB's are. Unless it is made of stainless (but judging by the price, most likely not) it may eventually rust. But for $30 I would maybe give it a shot. Could end up being a great product.

                        Re: Strut tower bar question

I think their worth buying, I have a 35mm ST front sway and 21mm rear, SFC, front PA racing tub. K member with tubular lower and upper A arms. I can feel the difference with it off and when it is on. Esp. cornering and changing lanes on the highway at higher speeds. For the money it is worth it. It was one of my first suspension mods along with tub. LCA's and panhard rod. I noticed the difference as soon as I pulled out of the driveway and on changing lanes. For under $100 buy it.

i think with ll the other suspension mods i have done, SFC, LCA, Panhard, Bilstiens, 32mm sway... I think a StowerBrace is the missing piece.

Not to thread hi-jack, but to the guys who have added a strut tower bar, can you tell the difference in handling?
