almost ever since i got my car, ive noticed a lot of brake dust on the front rims, and it seems to be getting worse, when i put my car in neutral going down hills, it seems like its dragging a lot, and when i jack it up and spin the front wheels, you can hear them rubbing and turn a lot harder then they should Is it the calipers not releasing or something else? thanks

I would recommend first taking both front calipers off and greasing the pins well. Make sure you use a proper silicone based grease. Go to a parts store and ask for some caliper pin grease, they should know what you need.
