  • Sway bar info needed

I found this front sway bar on ebay
    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=290251263531

    and this rear sway bar.
    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...ksid=p3907.m32

Basically what I need to know is will they fit and what do I need to replace the stock sway bars on my car with these two. I've searched and saw that I would need poly bushings and end links, but it seems like there should be more for mounting them. Any advice is apreciated.

This is the exact seller I bought mine from. Excellent seller and bar.

...and yes, they will fit and yes, end link and bushing on each side. That's all there is too it. Simple swap with just a couple bolts.

Thanks for the info, thats exactly what I needed to know. Now is there a way to make sure I don't put them on upside down?

Yes... don't do like I did. I don't believe it matters in the front, as the bar is flat. On the rear, if it looks like this, IT'S WRONG. TURN IT THE OTHER WAY. :wavey: The arch should face down under the pumpkin.

No problem. Yeah, it fits much better now that it's the other way around.

Still was funny and the clincher was it was almost on its 3rd page of replies and no one else said anything before I did.

What would've happened if it had been left that way?

I drove it like that for a week or so. Honestly, I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. I didn't even know it was upside down until someone here saw the pic and called me out on it. :naughty:

Yeah... I had the entire suspension torn down and I just got in a hurry and messed up.

LOL... Yeah, but I got my end links off without breaking them... off by hand actually. That has to count for something.
