with the different springs and shocks in the back, you may find that your car acquires some unwanted understeer problems, but with adjustable shocks, as bone mentioned, you should be able to help that out. and depending on how the differing spring rates front to back effect your system, the 17mm rear bar may well be all you need.

Yup. I bought Schlotzky's 17mm. With the rate of my particular springs, the rear was a bit tighter than I expected. I was able to correct it with the adjustables.

I run a ST 35mm up front and a 21mm in the rear and it handles outstanding, but If your running a 32mm up front, I would look for a 19mm down the road they should work well with each other.

            Re: 32mm/17mm sway bar

I had the 1LE 32/21 setup with 1LE springs, frankly the rear end liked to get happy and the car had a really rough ride. I did an even trade with a guy on here for a 19, I still haven't installed it because he didn't send 19mm mounting bushings with it and I just never got around to buying any. There is a little more body roll but I don't notice it anymore.
Of course my springs are very stiff so I really doubt the sway bar does much for me except stiffen the ride. I flog my car and throw it into the corners quite regularly. When the roads are dry and clear we have some great on/off ramps with long sweepers around here and can take them with pretty good speed.
In the end though your tires are going to have a bigger impact on handling than anything else provided the suspension is tight and there are no worn parts or sagging springs.

                Re: 32mm/17mm sway bar

32mm bar makes a huge difference, I love it....its only like a 5lb difference over the other bar I think though.

lol, does anyone know what those rubber boot things are under the car? they are accordion like going to each front tire?

I flipping forgot the jackstand under the car after I had moved it out of the way, and slammed the car down ontop of it like an idiot.
Looks like the only damage is a small slit in the boot? Not sure if something got crushed, but I don't hear any funny noises.
Anyone know what those boots are, and how I can fix my leak now?

The steering gear boot between the rack and the tie rod?

yea, that sounds about right....dropped her down with the jack under there....how bad is that?

and how bad is the fact that its dripping now?

You might need a new inner and outter tie rod depending on where it bent, new boot cover and a allignment since it can throw off if it is bent.

^^ What 5411 said. I'd go have the alignment checked and look for bendage.

When you replace the boot which are a PITA , look to see if the inner rod is bent also, if it is and you put on another one see if that one looks different the the other side. Because it might have pushed the rack & pinion internally out of place on that side, then you would need a new rack & pinion or a rebuild, I'm just guessing because I don't know how far the jack pushed up on it. Just going by what was said and giving you worse case senario. Outter tie rod, inner tie rod , boot cover, rack & pinion and allignment all might be needed, this is worse case though. Got any pics of the damage?, what was the height of the jack? Is your car lowered?

cars not lowered, jack was on the lowest setting (measure later)....no pics...only damage I can see is a tiny leak from the boot....doesn't look out of place at all, car still drives smooth and straight, and it does not make any noises when you turn.

Is there any tell tale signs something inside might be damaged without having to take the boot off?

I would assume if there were any damage, the one wheel would be turned slightly and it definitely would not "drive smooth and straight." You might be ok. Just take a peek at it when you replace the boot and make sure it looks fine.
