If the hole is small you could use some black RTV to seal it. If it is driving fine, then you probably got lucky and just tore the boot. Just watch your tires on the front to see if they are starting to wear uneven. Like mine the allignment was off and I didn't noticed until I jacked it up one day and the inner tire was worn on both sides down to almost bald. Had a allignment done and then had 2 new front tires put on. It was my fault though, I had put in tubular upper A arms and didn't have a allignment done.
