I asked this before, but never got a reply, so figured I'd throw it out there again. Who's running the ES bushing kit on stock suspension? I've been told most of the stock parts are decent, just the bushings and such get warn, so I'm hoping to replace them. Looking at getting new tires, shocks, brakes, and an alignment soon and figured this would be a great time to do bushings. So, who has them, how do you like them, how was the install, etc etc?

i have the master kit for my car and so far the only bushings i have put in are the rear sway bar and endlinks not doing anything to the front end till after my swap is in but so far i like them less body lean in turns... also i have heard that if you do the torque arm bushing you get a bad vibration at idle so im prob going to leave that out lol

I have them in the front, but not yet the rear. I'm not sure I want to swap out the softer, more compliant rubber bushings/links in the rear with harder polys given how much the rear bounces around when hitting imperfections in the road. Is it just me, or do you all overcorrect sometimes when hitting a bump at +50mph around a curve? I was thinking the Moog bushings if I ever do the rear.

Thanks guys; did you all put them in yourselves, or have a shop do it? I have access to a lift and air tools and such, but just wondering; if a shop did it, how much did they charge? Also, I've been told not to get them since they're Poly which will cause binding issues. I plan on getting the master kit and redoing everything that comes in it, have any of you had this issue?~97 3.8L V6 Camaro~

I had the master kit installed at a shop w/ sway bar, tie rods, ball joints, struts and strut mounts. The labor was around $700; I paid half of that because I worked there. It looked like cutting the old bushings out of the control arms was a pain. I couldnt be happier with the way it handles now though. It drives like a completely different car.

poly bushings in your stock lcas will be fine, it's aftermarket lcas with poly you want to avoid. The stock lower control arms will flex enough to prevent binding. I have poly bushings in my stock panhard bar. I can't say anything regarding the performance difference as at the same time I added stb, sfc, and lcas, but the old bushings were pretty lame.
The endlinks are a great cheap way to reduce body roll without getting new bars. And the bushings everywhere else should fair well as well, whilst improving performance.
