Yesterday I was checking for loosen bolts under the car. The nuts at the upper end are already tighen to the link bolts, but are very easy to turn together with a rachet from the bottom of the bolts (for both sides of the stabilizer). The bolts and nuts should not move together since are already tighten, I think. Any suggestions?

Is this the reason why the car goes to one side or the other when driving? A mechanic friend of mine have already checked rotors, calipers, inner and outer rods, tires (condition and proper air pressure), shocks, and everything is fine.
