    wat is the best torque arm? and is it difficult to change myself?

    they are easy, and really depends on your suspension set up. BMG has both a standard and an adjustable. price isnt too bad either, but unless your looking to loose weight, really not needed. But if you really want to make it look better.. BMG would be my choice.

        well if your going to slam the car down, get an adjustable... if its not going too low, a standard will be just fine.
