  • KYB Fail.

Alright, so i had to remove my front passenger shock, like completely, and when I went to remove the bolt on the top, it sheared the top of the shaft off, this equals fail. like all brand new parts, I should have a new one 4 tuesday, for now, an old stock shock, with the eibach spring, anyone else ever have to deal with this?

Did you compress the spring before taking the top nut off? When I had KYB's I took them apart about 4 times with no problems.
