Yes. Though you would be slightly closer to stock size and would therefore have a more accurate speedo if you went with 255/40/18. You'll be a little under 2% too fast on your speedo than your actually traveling. Not much though. -

What year is your car? I had to grind out the center of my c6's to get them over the hub on my 94's rear end.94 Camaro convertible -- mostly stock
97 Firebird -- Project Car - kyb agx shocks, eibach springs, 3.42 torsen diff, aluminum driveshaft, slp cai, pacesetter headers, magnaflow cat-back. hptuners. not done yet.

Yeah, the hubs are bigger on rear ends with drum brakes. Should fit over yours fine.94 Camaro convertible -- mostly stock

Compatible offset for an 8.5 inch wide rim would be +38 to +56mm. The stock wheel is 56mm at 8.0 inches wide, so you will be pretty close to stock as far as that goes. You'll be fine with those wheels, everything checks out.Comment
