Why not? You might have gotten the attention of someone who actually knows.

        Re: Sizing new rims

I went ahead and ordered some Nitto's from Jegs. They're cheap enough for me at the moment since I gotta remember the price of the wheels too. I'll probably get some M/Ts next time if these don't hook up enough for me. This is actually starting to seem kinda hilarious to me. I'm worried about hooking up and I have done anything about my open differential. Ha!

Lol, it was my bday on the 11th. But thanks anyways! :D

Good choice on Bday present to self... post some pics once you've got everything together... I'm still a little ways off from buying new rims... but it's never too early to start looking for options...

Cool man, Cant wait to see. For tires you could check Craigslist.org. Never know, your neighbor could have a brand new set of tires he is has no use for

Lug nuts are the same for the Vette. Check autozone and compare part numbers and thread.

I always get my chrome lug nut set off ebay for like $25 shipped comes with everything, I like the 17 X 9.5 " rims because they usually have the 17 X 11" rims for the rear later on to get.

It took me forever to actually buck up and decide to buy some. And then it took me another forever to decide on which ones to get. It's a hard process.

For some reason that just looks just a tiny bit too much.

And my wheels are in columbus right now.. just freakin 3 hours away from me. I don't know why in the hell I'm so excited about these wheels, BUT I AM! Tomorrow is going to be a very long day at work.

Here they are.. dirty.. dirty car.. and all.

Oh how sweet they are.. Tires are awesome too btw. Some jerk *** that apparently didn't know what he was talking about told me these tires would be real ****ty taking corners since I've put them all the way around the car. Well I now believe this guy doesn't know jack. He was the only D-bag at belletire anways. I blew him off as soon as he started sayin anything negative about what I got. Ha.

Now it's time to go clean muh baby. Maybe more pics later if the sun cooperates.

You have to see this finish in person to really appreciate it. Gtg, too turned on.

I gotta get some pics of her all cleaned up. Oh man, like you said, definitely a worthy investment. The car looks completely different. Everyone, even the people who usually don't have opinions of stuff I do to my car said that it looks really good.

I spent 3 hrs cleaning and waxing and shining things on the car yesterday, I took some pics but it was getting late so they didn't come out so well. I'm gonna head off to a park somewhere and hopefully get some good pics.
