  • Which first

Although I plan on getting both I'd like to know which one I should get first frame ties or a torque arm relocation kit.

What else do you have done to your car, suspension-wise?

I have Hotchkiss 1.5in drop springs sensatrak shocks up front and air shocks in back. That's about it. It handles well due to the 17x9's in front and 17x11's in back. I'm looking for a little more off the line.

If your happy with the way it handles then go with the torque arm first. Get an adjustable one so you can dial in the pinion angle. If you dont have aftermarket rear lower control arms I would get some. It makes a huge difference.

The torque arm relocation kit would help to take stress off of parts and allow adjustability. For LCAs, I would recommend getting some Moog hard rubber bushings and replacing the stock ones with them. Aftermarket LCAs mostly have poly bushings, which tend to bind in corners, putting stress on parts that aren't made to handle it. Poly bushings also tend to lose their form under periods of stress. The Moog hard rubber bushings are cheaper than aftermarket LCAs and will allow the correct amount of articulation and keep shape over time.
