rear wheel disc weights

I have a 94 camaro with disc brakes in the rear and was wondering what are those weights for on the rear discs? And are they needed? On my drivers side the weight is rubbing the lca the passenger side is ok plenty of clearance.

Someone apparently swapped your rear end out for discs, because disc brakes weren't an option on the V6s in 94. Do you have pictures of said weights? I don't know what you're talking about.

You are correct I did swap out the rear. I don't have any pics but they look like hockey pucks.

yes those are counterweights. if you want to take them off, i will buy them from you
